Our Awards
In 2008, D&R developed and executed OPERATION CHANGE OUT—The Military Challenge on behalf of the Department of Energy to encourage U.S. military bases to switch to ENERGY STAR® qualified light bulbs. On April 22, 2009, D&R's campaign poster received first place in the National Association of Government Communicators' Blue Pencil competition. The association's Blue Pencil and Gold Screen awards recognize superior government communications products and their producers.
