D+R LEARN Education and Projects Highlighted on the ESCO HVAC Show

The D+R International team is made up of several teams that focus on energy consulting, efficiency, and education for dozens of clients and organizations. D+R LEARN, the educational side of the company, has had the pleasure of researching, documenting, and designing case studies, online classes, and virtual interactive tours that focus on educating and training both new and future professionals. We even help educate general audiences, such as homeowners and project managers of real estate and similar areas.

One of the many partners the company works with is HVAC Excellence, an organization supported by The ESCO Group, that focuses on education and training in the HVAC industry. Like D+R International, HVAC Excellence has been around for over 30 years, helping support the future workforce and audiences centered around the HVAC industry with training, education, and experience.

Earlier this year, D+R International was represented by one of the D+R LEARN Team’s Instructional Designers, David De Miranda, to sit down in a two-part podcast with host Clifton Beck. David and Clifton discussed and showcased some of the types of educational tools and media the team has made over the years for folks in the HVAC and other trade school areas. The ESCO HVAC Show releases new episodes regularly. You can catch Clifton Beck and other industry professionals discussing heat pumps, energy efficiency, and education each week. D+R International has also been grateful to see Clifton and his colleagues from HVAC Excellence across the country at many conferences,including their own conference, the HVAC Excellence National HVACR Education Conference. The next conference is scheduled for March 22nd – March25th 2026 in Las Vegas, at the South Point Hotel Casino and Spa. D+R International has appeared there for several years now and we hope to see you there next year as well!
